- If you dislike the vehicle that we provide you and tell your guide about your complaint, we promise to replace the vehicle with another one during the tour.
- If you dislike the lunch arrangement and tell your guide about your complaint, we promise to find and offer other alternatives for your desire.
- If you change your mind and wish to make a change at your schedule during your tour and tell your guide about that, we promise to be flexible and offer you alternative schedules that would most interest you.
- If you dislike your guide and let the agency know about that (by calling them at the tour or make your guide call the agency for you), we promise to do our best to provide you another guide if available.If we do not help you with any of the promises above, we will give your money back.
The best time to book is after you reserve your cruise or hotel. We prefer to work with experienced, knowledgeable, local and licensed tour guides and they are not unlimited in Ephesus.In order to find an available “good” guide as described we need to know weeks or even months before about the date you’d like to reserve.We ask for a small amount of deposit to keep the guide for you but you’re free to cancel or make changes after you pay the deposit. It is refundable. We only request you to do so latest 4 days prior to your day so that the guide we keep for you, may guide for another group.
Prices on our website are in US Dollars. We require a deposit that could be paid by credit card or Paypal in order to confirm your reservation which is refundable with an email notice that should be made latest 4 days prior to the tour day.
Down payment is charged on the tour day by your tour guide. We accept US Dollars, Euros, Turkish Lira and British Pounds. You may also pay with credit card within working hours of our office everyday except Sundays between 9am and 6pm (GMT +2)
