Aspendos Theatre
One of the best-preserved Roman theaters, the Aspendos Ancient Theater was constructed in the second century AD and is located just nearby Antalya, Turkey. Built in accordance with Roman architectural design, the theater features a semi-circular orchestra that can accommodate 15,000 spectators with remarkable skill. Like all other performance venues, this one has gained popularity as a concert theater, most likely even to this day, thanks to its equally impressive acoustics system. The Annual Aspendos International Opera and Ballet Festival is one of the most well-known events held here.
The theater itself, the historic ruins, and the aerial view of the surroundings are among the other sights you can see. Turkey's archaeological details and its connection to the historical perspective of ancient Rome make the location strategically attractive.
