Bosphorus Bridge
The Bosphorus Bridge is officially known as the 15 July Martyrs Bridge, and it connects the European and Asian sides of Istanbul by this graceful suspension bridge. Completed in 1973, it is one important passage for intercontinental traffic, crossing the Bosphorus Strait.
It is an engineering wonder, in a length of more than 1,500 meters and a stunning height. This is an important infrastructure and a symbol of the unique geographical and cultural position of Istanbul.
