Miletus Ancient City
Now standing as ruins, Miletus Ancient City in Didyma had a complex grid plan, agora, and large theater. It was an important ancient Greek city of western Turkey. Some famous people lived here, as for instance Thales.
It was important for trade, philosophy, and science. This city shines out as a proof of Greek history and culture gets reflected in the ruins.
