Princes’ Islands

Princes' Islands are a chain of islands in the Sea of Marmara, near Istanbul, that are historically and leisurely significant. Buyukada, Heybeliada, Burgazada, and Kinaliada are super favorite day-tripping places. Islands are covered by old houses, and calm beaches. As cars are not allowed, trips go by horse-drawn carriages or a leisurely bike ride. The Buyukada area is home to the Greek Orthodox Monastery of St. George that is built on a hill and offers fantastic views of the surroundings.

If you're in the area, take time to relax or have lunch on the splendid beaches of the islands, specifically in Heybeliada and Buyukada. On these islands, one might experience distinctive natural beauty and peculiar attractions.
