Saint Pierre Church

One of the oldest places of Christianity is the Saint Pierre Church, located in Antakya, Turkey. Traditionally, it is believed to be the place of Saint Peter's sermons, as it is carved into a cave on the slopes of Mount Starius.

This church is mentioned not only because of its historical value, giving insight into early Christian architecture, but also due to the fact that it marks the early days of Christianity in the area. Today, it becomes a very important place of pilgrimage and an invaluable relic of religious history.
