Itinerary

A private van will pick you up from your accommodation in Istanbul and transfer you to the airport for a scheduled flight to İzmir. Upon arrival at İzmir airport, our representative will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name on it. Then you will be transferred to Ephesus with a private van to meet your guide in the center. 

During the tour, you will visit several historical sites, including;

  • Temple of Artemis,
  • Great Theater,
  • Celsius Library,
  • Temple of Hadrian,
  • Harbor Street of the Ancient City, 
  • House of the Virgin Mary,
  • Isa Bey Mosque.

Explore the breathtaking ruins of Ephesus on a full-day sightseeing tour.

Ephesus is the most well-preserved classical city on the Mediterranean and offers the best insight into Roman life. Walk along its impressively intact marble streets, lined with columns, temples, and fountains.You'll see fascinating ancient structures such as the Temple of Hadrian, the remarkable facade of the Library of Celsius, and the Great Theater, all while being guided by an expert who will narrate all in-depth information about the sites.

The House of the Virgin Mary is located just beyond Ephesus. According to Christian tradition, Mary spent her final days in this house, which was discovered with a small shrine dedicated to her, recognized by Vatican as her final resting place. The tour also includes a visit to the Isa Bey Mosque, dating back to the 14th century and built by the first Muslim family that settled in West Anatolia, providing great insight into early Islamic architecture. Additionally, you will visit St. John's Basilica, the burial site of the Apostle John after completing his missions in Anatolia, and the Temple of Artemis (Diana), which was once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to Izmir Airport for your flight back  to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, our representative will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your name on it. Then you will be transferred to your Istanbul hotel with a private van.

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled start time of the experience.

However, if you cancel within 7 days of the tour day, no refund will be issued, and any modification requests made during this period will not be accepted.
