Itinerary

Gallipoli holds a significant place in the hearts of Australians and New Zealanders, marking their introduction to the Great War. The Gallipoli campaign occurred on the Gallipoli peninsula from 25 April 1915 to 9 January 1916 during World War I. 

It continues to shape and unite Australia, New Zealand, and Turkey. This emotional tour will guide you to the commemorative sites, vividly illustrating the events of this battle.

Enjoy a picturesque drive along the shores of the Sea of Marmara, taking in the serene countryside of Turkey. Upon your arrival in Eceabat, the town nearest to the battlefields, you will partake in lunch at a local restaurant. Later in the day, delve into the history and valor of the Gallipoli Campaign.

The tour itinerary will be following;

06.00 - 06.30 am: Pick up from hotel in the Taksim area  
06.30 - 07.00 am: Pick up from the hotel in the Sultanahmet area. Alternatively, for those staying in the Sultanahmet area (Istanbul Old City), we will also pick you up before departing for Eceabat.  
12.20 pm: Arrival in Eceabat  
12.30 pm: Time for lunch and refreshments  
1.00 pm: Our guided tour of the Gallipoli Battlefields begins. The tour includes visits to:  

  • Brighton Beach  
  • Beach Cemetery
  • ANZAC Cove  
  • Ariburnu Cemetery  
  • ANZAC Commemorative Site  
  • Respect to Mehmetcik Statue  
  • Lone Pine Australian Memorial  
  • Johnston's Jolly (Turkish and Allied trenches and tunnels)  
  • Turkish 57th Infantry Regiment Cemetery  
  • The Nek & Walker's Ridge
  • Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial  

6.00 pm: The tour bus will depart from Gallipoli to Istanbul  
11.00 pm:  Arrival at your hotel in Istanbul

At the end of the tour you will be transferred to your Istanbul hotel.

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled start time of the experience.

However, if you cancel within 7 days of the tour day, no refund will be issued, and any modification requests made during this period will not be accepted.
