Anzac Cove

Located on the Gallipoli Peninsula of Turkey, ANZAC Cove represents an important landmark of World War I and particularly of the Gallipoli Campaign. The place served as a landing site on April 25, 1915, for soldiers of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps, commonly known as ANZAC, starting a bloody and decisive battle.

Today, this beach is dedicated as a solemn memorial and a place of commemoration for those participants of campaigns who died in the battles. Having such a historical perspective and being a peaceful place, ANZAC Cove is an important tourist site of military memorial and historical reflection.
